Choose a pickup point or courier delivery at checkout. After payment is confirmed, we prepare the order and hand it over to the carrier.

The exact delivery cost is determined after the order is handed over to CDEK.

When your order arrives

Record the damage with the carrier and tell us. This helps us investigate the delivery.

We agree on the method, route and timing separately before payment. A manager will update you when the order is ready for the next step.
