• Name, phone, email and account data — for registration, sign-in, communication and order fulfilment.
• Delivery address, order contents, payment status and business details — for payment, delivery, accounting and tax records.
• IP address, cookies, browser, device and site activity — for security, site operation and consent-based analytics.

Processing is based on entering into and performing a contract, legal obligations, consent or another lawful basis. We collect, record, organize, store, update, use, disclose to necessary recipients, anonymize, restrict and delete data by automated and non-automated means.

• CDEK receives the recipient’s name and phone number, delivery address or pickup point, and parcel details to deliver the order.
• The bank or payment service receives the order number, amount and payment status to process the selected payment method.
• The email delivery service uses your email address to send sign-in codes and order messages.
• If you allow optional analytics, Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 receive technical information about viewed pages, the device and site interactions for statistics. Order form contents and contact details are not sent in analytics events.
• For company and sole-proprietor purchases, the necessary business details and order information are used to prepare the invoice-contract and accounting records. When documents are exchanged through EDI, the operator receives the information included in those documents.
• The service hosting this website processes connection details, such as your IP address, browser information and necessary cookies, to operate and protect the site.
• We disclose data to public authorities only where and to the extent required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and mandatory document-retention periods, then deleted or anonymized. We use organizational and technical safeguards. You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing by emailing cmc@bazabtc.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing based on another lawful basis.
