Catalog and checkout
- The product page, cart and checkout summary together state the main distance-sale terms. Price, quantity, taxes, delivery and stock status are fixed in the confirmed order or invoice-contract.
- The buyer must provide accurate contact, address and payment information and review the order before confirmation.
- An order is accepted when confirmed by the seller or another event expressly stated at checkout. After payment, agreed terms cannot be changed unilaterally except where allowed by law or mutual agreement.
Payment, delivery and documents
Available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout. Order status and payment links are available on the order page or in the account. For a company or sole proprietor, the invoice-contract is prepared when the order is placed. The order is handed to the carrier or buyer collecting it after payment.
Returns, warranty and liability
Returns and quality claims follow the Returns and Warranty pages. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Each party is responsible for breach within the limits of applicable law and the contract.
